Seasonal living is about really noticing and embracing the shifts in nature’s cycles and all the magic and beauty that comes with these fleeting moments. It's about being tuned into what’s happening in nature and using it as a guide for how you live.

My Seasonal Wellbeing events give you chance to learn about tuning into nature to enhance your wellbeing, feel better every day and:


  • step away from it all

  • take time out for yourself

  • find peace and calm

  • connect with yourself and others

There's magic in nature and the every day, I'll help you find it and tune into the magic within you. Spend some time with me and other like minded people to reconnect to your own inner joy.


Workshops typically include:


  • Welcome

  • Opening breath-work

  • Seasonal wellbeing workshop (includes how to boost your wellbeing at different points in the year, seasonal eating, herbs, crystals, essential oils and wellbeing practices for the current season

  • Seasonal journal prompts

  • Closing meditation based on the current season

Sessions are held online or in-person depending on the date. In-person sessions include a nourishing, seasonal breakfast, mindful tea ritual and the chance to connect in person with like minded people.

Seasonal wellbeing workshops: Upcoming Events


I spent the morning at a mini autumn retreat led by Lisa who is a beautiful soul. We had a nourishing breakfast and Lisa then gave a very informative talk about coming into autumn and all the things we can do in the season to take care of our bodies and minds. We did some guided journaling, which was really enlightening, stretching, and a lovely meditation session. It was really wonderful. The sessions are really worthwhile, and so relaxing

I loved the session today. You're so brilliant with what information you provide and the way you deliver it! As for the journaling and meditation, I don't think I've ever truly tapped into my mind  like that before, I've felt great for it! It helped me in more ways than I expected.
