I spent the morning at a mini autumn retreat led by Lisa who is a beautiful soul. We had a nourishing breakfast and Lisa then gave a very informative talk about coming into autumn and all the things we can do in the season to take care of our bodies and minds. We did some guided journaling, which was really enlightening, stretching, and a lovely meditation session. It was really wonderful. The sessions are really worthwhile, and so relaxing

I loved the session today. You're so brilliant with what information you provide and the way you deliver it! As for the journaling and meditation, I don't think I've ever truly tapped into my mind  like that before, I've felt great for it! It helped me in more ways than I expected. You're wonderful at what you do. I definitely want to attend the next one and I'll be recommending it to friends too.
