SEASONAL DAY RETREATS
Join me on Saturday 18th March 2023 for a full day all to yourself. Take a wild pause and nourish your mind, body and spirit.
The retreat is being held at The Rewilding, a 50 acre family run farm, set on the Morecambe Bay Estuary (near Lancaster, 1 hour from Manchester) which is one of the most important RSPB wildlife sites in Europe. Complete with beautiful indoor and outdoor settings, the coast, a forest, ponds, and flora, fauna and wildlife in abundance. You'll have free reign to explore the site.
The day will involve:
​- arrival, welcome and refreshments
- nature walk
- breath-work, cold water therapy and wood fired hot tub (with Emma from The Chilly Dippers)
- aromatherapy blending workshop (you'll learn about how to use essential oils to support your wellbeing, and make up your very own blend to take take home) with me, Lisa from Solis Wellbeing
- nourishing, seasonal two course lunch
- mindful art/craft session (with Kim from Skuret Art)
- snacks and refreshments throughout the day
- closing circle
- goodie bag
No experience necessary, you'll be lovingly guided through the day.​
Tickets are £150.​
