The retreat is being held at The Rewilding, a 50 acre family run farm, set on the Morecambe Bay Estuary (near Lancaster, 1 hour from Manchester) which is one of the most important RSPB wildlife sites in Europe. Complete with beautiful indoor and outdoor settings, the coast, a forest, ponds, and flora, fauna and wildlife in abundance. You'll have free reign to explore the site.
The day will involve:
- arrival, welcome and refreshments
- nature walk
- breath-work, cold water therapy and wood fired hot tub
