Wellbeing and mental health are a continuum. We all move up and down the continuum. What's "normal" for you will be different for others. Imagine a vertical line with 0 at the bottom and 10 at the top. 1 is surviving and 10 is thriving. Where is your "normal" on the continuum? And where are you on the continuum right now?
Wellbeing is described as a state of being comfortable, healthy or happy. The wellbeing of a person is what's good for them and what's in their best interest. With this in mind, what does wellbeing mean to you?
With the next questions please rate yourself out of 10. 1 being low, 10 being high.

YOUR PERSONAL CYCLES AND SEASONS OF LIFE We have the traditional seasons of the year but there are other seasons and cycles we’re part of too and they have a profound effect on you physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically. Some of these are completely unique to you as an individual.
If you have a menstrual cycle (even if it's irregular or you are perimenopausal) how well do you understand your cycle and its impact on you? I'll explain more about this during our time together. Typically speaking our seasons of life are: Spring age 0-25. Summer age 25-45. Autumn age 45-70. Winter age 70+. We need different things during these stages. I'll explain more about this during our time together. Where are you currently? At some points in life we have transitionary seasons when things happen like becoming a parent, when our children fly the nest, when we change career, when we retire, when we experience burnout, bereavement, grief, traumatic experiences, physical or mental illness, life's challenges – and any other reasons we go through a change in circumstances or identity when we might need to do things like adapt, reflect, heal and/or bring a different energy or tempo into our life
Based on the words above, about life transitions - is there anything coming to mind that's happening currently, has happened in the last few years or is coming up in the near future for you? Please be gentle with yourself when answering this question if it's bringing up anything difficult for you. We can chat further about this and what support might be helpful for you if needed :)
