Summer Full Day Retreat 3rd July Lancaster

I'm delighted to be collaborating again with InToto Living, with two other wellness professionals to bring you a Summer Season Day Retreat.​ It's being held on Sunday 3rd July 2022, at Patty's Barn on the Morecambe Bay Estuary, near Lancaster, UK.​

Join us for a day of seasonal living, reconnection and expression of self, along with the chance to meet like minded people, try something new and relax!​

The day will involve:  

​- arrival, welcome and refreshments

- breath-work

- cold water dipping and wood fired hot tub

- seasonal living and journaling workshop

- meditation

- nourishing two course lunch

- mindful art session

- closing ceremony​

This wonderful day is brought to you by me (Lisa, Solis Wellbeing), Emma, a Cold Water Therapist (The Chilly Dippers) and Kim, a Mindful Art Practitioner (Skuret Art).​

We'd absolutely love for you to come along. No experience necessary, we'll lovingly guide you through the day.​

Tickets are £135.​Our last retreat in the Spring was really something special and every guest left feeling uplifted and inspired. ​
