Join me for a Summer Wellbeing Workshop on Tuesday 14th June 2022 from 7.00pm - 8.30pm.
There's a lot we can learn from nature at this time of year. Summer is the time to bloom. It's a time for growth, playfulness, creativity, adventures, trying new things, movement and collaboration. Take some time out for yourself to find peace and calm, connect with the Summer season and focus on how you can look after your wellbeing for the months ahead.

No experience necessary. I'll guide you through the workshop so all you need to do is come along with a pen and paper, an open heart and open mind.
