It includes:

🌷 Welcome & introduction

 🌷 Introduction to Seasonal Living - what it is, the benefits and how you can weave it into your every day

🌷 Wellbeing Pillars - where to focus so you can thrive

🌷 Spring wellbeing practices to support you, your energy and motivation for the months ahead - includes tips on how to revitalise and detoxify your body, mind and spirit after the winter, what to eat, what to drink, essential oils, self-care practices, stress management and looking after your nervous system

🌷 Spring inspired journaling prompts to reconnect to yourself and set your intentions as we move into the warmer, lighter half of the year

🌷 Closing meditation - a relaxing and restorative yoga nidra meditation including a body scan and a guided visualisation (feel free to lie down, grab some cushions and blankets for this part)

I'll guide you through the workshop so all you need to do is come along with a pen, paper, a warm drink and a candle if you like. I'd recommend blocking out an hour in your diary for it, with no distractions so you can be fully present and give yourself the gift of time out just for you.
