Join me for an Autumn Wellbeing Workshop on Tuesday 4th October 2022 from 7.00pm - 8.30pm.
There's a lot we can learn from nature. Autumn is the time to start slowing down, focussing inwards, taking stock, letting things go and focussing on your home and family. Take some time out for yourself to find peace and calm, connect with the Autumn season and focus on how you can look after your wellbeing for the months ahead.

No experience necessary. I'll guide you through the workshop so all you need to do is come along with a pen and paper, an open heart and open mind.
