Join me for an Autumn Wellbeing Workshop on Thursday 21st September 2023 from 7.00pm - 8.30pm.
There's a lot we can learn from nature. Autumn is the time to start slowing down, focussing inwards, taking stock, letting things go and focussing on your home and family. Take some time out for yourself to find peace and calm, connect with the Autumn season and focus on how you can look after your wellbeing for the months ahead.
