Join me for a Spring Wellbeing Workshop on Tuesday 29th March 2022 from 7.00pm - 8.15pm.
There's a lot we can learn from nature at this time of year. Spring is the time to slowly bring in more energy. It's a time for renewal, inspiration, creativity and starting to blossom. Take some time out for yourself to clear your mind, find peace and look after your wellbeing for the months ahead.

No experience necessary. I'll guide you through the workshop so all you need to do is come along with a pen and paper, an open heart and open mind.
